Replacements (Preferred Option)
We offer free replacements for:

✅ Wrong item received
No returns needed! Just send us photos, and we’ll send a new item at no extra cost.
- Once your replacement is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us!
Refunds (Only if a Replacement Isn’t Possible)
If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund for the product price only.

- Photos showing the issue

- If approved , we will send a replacement first.
